He is a nationally recognized expert on credit cards, “buy now, pay later” loans, personal loans, credit scoring and reporting, small business lending and other aspects of personal finance. He’s been quoted in or appeared on Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and hundreds of other media outlets around the U.S. and the world. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and lives in Austin with his wife and son.
